In accordance with the applicable legislations, Dipperfox OÜ extends the warranty for faulty materials and manufacturing defects voluntarily for up to two (2) years starting from the date of purchase. The warranty extension applies if you register your Dipperfox device via our web site within a week of the date of purchase.

    We are very confident that nothing will go wrong, but if things go wrong, feel free to contact us via aftersales@dipperfox.com. In the e-mail include your warranty certificate and a description of the problem. If possible add pictures or videos as well.
