We learned it the hard way so you can have it easy.
Stump removal shouldn’t turn into a second project. It should be a clean step in the workflow – not a day of digging, hauling, backfilling, and fixing the ground you just ruined. Dipperfox was built by people who ran the jobs and paid the bills. The goal was simple: less hassle, less downtime, and predictable results – whether you’re clearing a corridor, prepping a site, or working in a tight urban yard.

Our Vision
We work in nature, not on a showroom floor. If you tear up the ground today, you’ll deal with it tomorrow. That’s why we build around one idea: Smart Work.
Do the job with fewer steps, less wasted movement, and less fixing afterward. Use the machine you already own, keep maintenance straightforward, and finish the site in a condition that makes the next phase easier. Quick is good. Clean is better. Reliable is non-negotiable.

Our Journey
Evolving together
We built the first robust prototype to answer one question: does this idea work in real ground?
Not on paper. Not in theory. In the field.
A new prototype was built under the ViaCity name – and it worked. We thought it was „done“. It turned out it was only the beginning.
Through the DMK program, the prototype grew into a finished product. The international brand and business model took shape — and we started building a product line, not just a single tool.
Dipperfox officially launched with the first model: SC 850 Pro.
Built for heavy work and high volumes — the kind of jobs where time per stump matters.
We introduced SC 600 for medium-size machines.
And we improved serviceability where it counts: double-sided blades, so wear parts last longer and swaps are easier.
We launched SC 400 for smaller carriers – tight access, urban work, and contractors who want professional results without bringing oversized machines to small cities.
We tightened production processes and improved reliability.
Less „nice idea,“ more „works every day“.
We introduced a reinforced, clog-resistant tip design and pushed development further. This is also where we started stepping into new markets with more confidence and a stronger product range.
We focused on building a better backbone: maximum use of ERP, and a restart of robotic welding.
The goal is simple: more consistent quality and smoother production.
Same direction, more discipline: build tougher, simplify service, and keep listening to the people using the equipment daily.

Main Benefits?
- Built for uptimeDesigned for repeat work in demanding conditions.
- Straightforward maintenenceWear parts are made to be replaced efficiently — not “babied.”
- Less extra work on siteReduce the steps that usually come after stump removal: hauling, stockpiling, backfilling, and fixing.
- Improved through real feedbackDevelopment is driven by operators and contractors — not trends.
-
Consistent production standardsStructured processes and documented quality controls, so the next unit performs like the last one.
